The other group ate the low fat while the last group did not eat any kind of cheese at all. This study was conducted for straight 12 weeks and after it, they concluded that none of the groups had any change in the bad HDL cholesterol but, the people who were eating the regular cheese daily had a rise in good HDL cholesterol.
Fast metabolism
This is not the only benefit of it but a lot of other researches were conducted too which had different conclusions. High fat cheese is not only good for increasing the good cholesterol but it also helps us have a fast metabolism and reduces obesity.
